We are an independent product studio building niche tools on our terms.

For as long as we’ve been married, we’ve wanted to work together. IT’S US STUDIO is our way of building a shared playground for our mix of personalities and passions.

We care about making things that feel good to use. Meaningful and thoughtful products meant to bring a bit of joy to people’s day. That focus comes from years of working closely with people.

Before leading design, Mackenzie taught music to young children. Before leading engineering (and his time at Shopify), Emmanuel worked in community-based nonprofits.

That background shapes how we run the studio:

1. We are ruthless about keeping our products simple and easy to use
2. We grow with customer trust and support instead of investor money
3. We grow at a pace that lets us support both our customers and ourselves
4. We keep customer interactions human (no AI for support or sales)
5. We won’t chase profits that come at the expense of the people using our products
6. We are in this for the long haul and do not plan on ever selling our products
